Little Pomona Do It Puritan is a co-fermentation of apples and perry pears, blended with quince from barrel, and bottled with a small amount of cryo-extracted Egremont Russet apple juice, triggering a secondary fermentation in bottle.

• The nose is extremely aromatic. Quince dominates, and is joined by notes of tropcal fruit, blossom and rose water.
• The palate is bursting with super juicy, perfumed pineapple and passionfruit, followed by a kombucha-esque twang on the finish.
• The perry pears contribute a creamy mouthfeel and some greener notes, while the apples contibute body and firmer tannins

A great match for jerk chicken, aromatically spiced Thai dishes, exotic salads, white fish, or tangy cheeses.
