Elegant, complex and seriously refined, Little Pomona Cuvée Pomme 2021 is a premium sparkling cider made from Egremont Russet, one of the most highly regarded English cider apples. Produced using the Traditional Method, this exceptional cider combines the character of the apple with the complexity that comes from extended ageing on its lees.

The cider is vinified in both stainless steel and oak before being bottled and aged on its lees for two years. After disgorgement, a small dosage is added before the cider spends a further 18 months in bottle prior to release. This lengthy maturation gives Cuvée Pomme remarkable depth and texture while retaining the freshness of the fruit.

• The nose combines ripe yellow apple with honey, pineapple and subtle spice.
• The palate is rich and concentrated, with baked and fresh apple alongside tropical fruit, honey and star anise.
• Extended lees ageing brings delicate autolytic notes and additional texture, while the finish remains fresh and beautifully balanced.
