Lind & Lime Gin is the flagship spirit from the Port of Leith Distillery in Edinburgh, Scotland. Inspired by the legacy of Dr. James Lind, who pioneered the use of citrus to combat scurvy, this gin pays tribute to Leith’s maritime and medicinal history.
It is distilled in small batches at the Coburg Street Distillery using 100% organic ingredients and powered entirely by green electricity. The gin is a classic London Dry style, distilled in a traditional copper still. The botanical blend is deliberately simple and focused.
