La Fee Parisienne Absinthe Superieure 70cl Plus Serving Spoon 68% ABV
Newly refined La Fee Parisienne - Absinthe Superieure - is distilled in Paris based on an authentic 19th Century recipe containing wormwood and is the only absinthe authenticated by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the absinthe museum. It is the first absinthe from the La Fee range to be distilled in France since the 1915 ban.
La Fee Parisienne is a rich absinthe using 100% natural ingredients. The level of Grand wormwood in the distillation has been increased by 60% and the Green and Star Anise has been slightly softened. This allows the more delicate herbal flavours and aromas to emerge, such as fennel, coriander and hyssop, as well as the strong spicy undertones of anise. The natural colour is obtained through the maceration of herbs in spirit.
To protect the all-natural Parisienne the bottle has been coated with a special UV inhibitor to protect the liquid against sunlight, which can quickly damage the natural green.
Best enjoyed using the traditional method of drinking with sugar and water.
