La Fee Absinthe

La Fee Absinthe is crafted by La Fee Distillery, a brand dedicated to reviving the traditional methods of absinthe production while staying true to its rich, historical roots. They focus on using the finest ingredients to create an authentic, high-quality absinthe experience.

• The first thing you'll notice is a lovely burst of fennel and coriander, along with a hint of liquorice and aniseed. It’s like an herbal garden in a glass! 
• When you take a sip, the anise comes through with a refreshing, rounded flavour. You'll also catch some angelica, mint, and fennel, giving it a nice depth without being overwhelming.
• The finish is smooth and long-lasting, leaving behind a pleasant herbal aftertaste that makes you want to savour every drop.

La Fee NV is distilled at 38% ABV making it perfect for cocktails or alone.

Strong, pungent cheeses like Roquefort or Gorgonzola compliment the herbal notes in absinthe, enhancing its earthy flavours.
