Krone Cuvee Brut Borealis
This South African Cap Classique combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Tulbagh, with grapes hand-harvested by moonlight. Bottle-fermented and matured on the lees in Krone's underground cellar, it develops citrus peel aromas, subtle mineral notes and a light biscuity character.
