Isle of Raasay Gin is handcrafted by the Isle of Raasay Distillery, located on a remote Hebridean island off the west coast of Scotland. The distillery is known for its commitment to island provenance, using locally foraged Raasay juniper and water drawn from the island’s mineral-rich well.
The gin is made using a bespoke copper still with a botanical chamber, allowing for both maceration and vapour infusion. Ten botanicals are used, including rhubarb root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root and cubeb pepper.
