Hendrick's Gin
Hendrick's Gin is distilled in small batches at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace in Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland. Created by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie in 1999, it helped redefine modern gin with its unique infusion of rose and cucumber. The gin is produced using two rare stills: a 19th-century Bennett pot still and a Carter-Head still.
This dual distillation method allows for a balance of rich, full-bodied spirit and delicate, aromatic vapours. Eleven botanicals including elderflower, chamomile, cubeb berries and citrus peels are used. Hendrick’s is vegan-friendly.
