Hawksbill Mango Spiced Rum
A tropical Caribbean spiced rum combining Guyanese and Trinidadian rums with real mango fruit and warming spices. The rum is infused with mango peel that would otherwise have gone to waste.
- The nose opens with fresh mango, citrus and ripe tropical fruit.
- Juicy mango leads the palate, supported by vanilla, caramel and gentle spice.
- Nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom add warmth without overwhelming the fruit. A touch of ginger and pepper develops towards the finish.
The result is sweet, fruity and warming, with a distinctly tropical character. At 37.5% ABV, it works well neat, over ice or in cocktails.
Try it in a Mango Mojito with fresh lime, mint and soda.
