Several years ago the Consorzio for Bardolino wines announced the creation of three Bardolino ‘Cru’ zones. They began working on a wine to represent the CRU of Montebaldo in which lies some of their best terroir. The result is DELARA, a corvina dominant wine with a touch of rondinella that represents the pinnacle of red wine creation in the Bardolino denomination.
