Marking the final chapter of one of rum's most revered limited-edition series, Foursquare Epilogue Exceptional Cask Selection Mark XXXI is the concluding release in Richard Seale's legendary Exceptional Cask Selection collection.

Distilled and matured entirely at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, this exceptional single blended rum combines traditional copper double retort pot still and continuous twin column still distillates before ageing for a minimum of 19 years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks. Bottled at a robust 57% ABV, without added sugar, colouring or chill filtration, Epilogue is a fitting finale to an iconic series.

Aged entirely in the tropical climate of Barbados, Epilogue develops extraordinary concentration while retaining remarkable balance and elegance. This long maturation delivers exceptional depth, showcasing the signature Foursquare house style at its most refined.

• The nose opens with caramelised orange, grapefruit peel, toffee, nougat, brown butter, leather, tobacco and ripe tropical fruits.
• The palate is rich and full-bodied, revealing butterscotch, dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, vanilla, oak spice and baked pineapple with exceptional texture.
• The finish is incredibly long and elegant, leaving lingering notes of cocoa, citrus oils, polished oak, tobacco and warming spice.
