From selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso, and with the addition of 10% pinot noir, also from the DOC region, to give colour and flavour.
Hand harvested at optimum ripeness. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in tank, with 2 months on the lees.
