This full-bodied red from Cigales, Spain, is made from 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del Pais) grown on dry-farmed bush vines over 70 years old. Aged for 14 months in French oak and 12 months in bottle, it delivers intense fruit, savoury spice and a long, elegant finish. Certified vegan and vegetarian.
Finca Museum is located east of Valladolid in Castilla y Leon. The estate sits at 750m altitude on poor, stony soils that yield concentrated fruit. The winery was founded by Grupo Baron de Ley and is known for combining traditional winemaking with modern precision. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel with regular pump-overs for maximum extraction.
