Made from carefully cultivated highland agave, this blanco tequila is bottled straight after fermentation to preserve the fresh character of the spirit. Founder Julio Gonzalez-Frausto placed particular importance on the growing conditions and preparation of the agave, including careful cultivation and even cooking of the pinas.
