Established in 1781 at the base of the Causse du Larzac, the estate name is inspired by the nearby Dourbie River that gracefully meanders through its vineyards before joining the Herault.
At the heart of their philosophy lies a commitment to authenticity and a deep connection with the terroir, vines, and local producers. Grounded in the love for the Herault valley, they are constantly seeking new adventures and embracing novel experiences.
The vineyard encompasses two distinct terroirs, both cultivated through organic farming practices. The first comprises 20 hectares surrounding the estate, where the vines flourish in a diverse and fertile environment. The second terroir encompasses 12 hectares situated at an elevation of 300 meters in the enchanting Rouveyrolles valley. Embraced by fragrant scrubland and benefiting from a microclimate that bestows upon the grapes a unique character and flavour profile.
