De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon

Since its creation in 1982, Noble One has gone on to be one of the most awarded wines in history with more than 117 trophies and 376 Gold medals both nationally and internationally.

The grapes are from vineyards with long histories of producing Botrytis Semillon given the right weather conditions. Harvesting the grapes are by hand, slowly pressing and fermenting. This can take between 3 weeks to 6 months. Between 80-90% when ageing in French oak for 12 months at 15 degrees. The remaining juice is left in the tank.
