Dalmore Vintage 2007 Whisky

Dalmore Vintage 2007 whisky uses casks from a single year. The Vintage range sets out to encapsulate the character of Dalmore Highland single malt whisky. Maturing the 2007 Vintage Dalmore whisky in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then transferring into a combination of sherry casks, and marsala wine casks. Eventually marrying the casks together and bottling in 2022.

  • On the palate enjoy orange blossom honey, spices and mandarins
  • A finish of patisseerie sugars, ginger snaps and cinnamon
