Another excellent example of superb marrying of casks from Dalmore, carefully watched over by their Master Distiller. Dalmore 30-Year-Old starts its journey in ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred into port pipes which previously held 1982 single harvest port from Graham’s along with other Colheita port casks. The result is a single malt bursting with notes of forest fruits, plums, dark chocolate, a hint of orange and a deep rich finish with notes of brioche and wood spices.
