Cosme Palacio Vino de Laguardia Crianza
Produced by Bodegas Palacio in Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa, Spain, this red wine comes from vineyards over 600 metres above sea level, where old vines grow in clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested from vines over 40 years old and carefully selected before winemaking.
Made from 100% Tempranillo, the grapes undergo extended maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, followed by at least 12 months of bottle ageing to develop its fruit concentration, spice and oak character.

- Finish of smooth tannins, lingering spice and elegant oak.
