Chateau De Laubade Bas Armagnac 1987 Vintage

A distinguished single-vintage Armagnac made exclusively from grapes grown on the Chateau’s own estate. Produced using traditional single distillation, grape variety by grape variety, it is matured in the house’s own Gascon oak casks, allowing the eaux-de-vie to develop their distinctive depth and character.

The 1987 vintage combines Baco, Folle Blanche, Colombard and Ugni Blanc, creating a beautifully expressive Armagnac with candied citrus, vanilla and toasted notes. Round and supple on the palate, it develops into an exceptionally long finish that reflects the finesse of extended maturation.

Part of Chateau de Laubade’s rare Celebration range, each vintage is individually traceable, with the bottling date confirming its precise period of ageing in Gascony oak. The 1987 vintage is particularly meaningful as a gift for anyone born in that year.
