The estate is known for its commitment to traditional craftsmanship and sustainable practices, using copper alembic stills and ageing in Gascony oak barrels.
This single-vintage expression is made from estate-grown grapes, distilled variety by variety, and matured for decades in carefully coopered oak casks. Extended ageing adds depth, complexity, and a refined structure.
