Chateau Canteloudette Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc
This is a crisp white Bordeaux made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. Grapes are vinified separately at the Rauzan co-operative to preserve estate identity and varietal clarity.
A short period of skin contact before fermentation helps extract aromatics, followed by cool fermentation on fine lees. The estate is certified under France’s Sustainable Winegrowing label and the wine is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
