Chartreuse Yellow 70cl 43% ABV

This liqueur, right down to its colour, is made entirely according to the manuscript handed down to the Carthusian monks in 1605, containing 130 herbs and plants. They have put all of their expertise into the processes, from its composition to its slow ageing in oak barrels. Chartreuse can be enjoyed pure, on the rocks or in a cocktail. Its patient production is what gives it its extraordinary aromatic complexity. Although ready to be savoured immediately, time is its ally and each bottle ages in its own unique way.
