Crafted in Tuscany by the innovative Bibi Graetz winery, this red wine showcases native Italian varieties from young hillside vineyards between Florence and Siena. The winery, founded in 2000, is known for its expressive, unfiltered style and minimal intervention approach. Casamatta Rosso is vinified in stainless steel to retain freshness and purity, with no oak ageing to distract from the fruit.
