The third instalment in the distillery's 25th Anniversary celebrations and a modern continuation of its iconic Still Series. This unpeated Islay single malt puts the spotlight not on experimental cask maturation, but on something arguably even more fundamental to whisky: how the barley is grown.

Distilled from a combination of Organic, Biodynamic and Bere barley, Greener Still reflects Bruichladdich's long-standing interest in exploring how different barley varieties and farming practices can influence flavour, while also considering their impact on the environment.

Matured for 15 years in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at an impressive 51.6% ABV.

• Soft and inviting, with delicate floral aromas leading into fresh orchard fruit. There is an underlying sweetness that gives the whisky an immediately approachable character.
• Ripe orchard fruits develop alongside a gentle honeyed sweetness. The texture is particularly appealing, with the whisky becoming rich and velvety across the palate while the bourbon maturation provides subtle vanilla.
• Effortlessly smooth and velvety, with lingering vanilla complemented by a gentle touch of coastal freshness. The finish is refined rather than aggressive, leaving a clean and satisfying impression.

Its point of difference is the raw material. By bringing Organic, Biodynamic and Bere barley together, Bruichladdich explores how agricultural choices can contribute to the flavour and identity of the finished whisky.
