British Cassis is made from Jo Hilditch's blackcurrants from her farm in Herefordshire, only a few miles away from us at Saxtys Wines. We have some amazing produce in Herefordshire and this is no exception. This liqueur is made in a completely unique and artisan way, giving this fantastic British Cassis a truly intense blackcurrant flavour. Sweet at first taste, before the irresistibly sharp after-kick, British Cassis is the perfect aperitif served straight, over ice, twists beautifully into fizzing champagne or prosecco and is decadent in cocktails.
