Boschendal Black Angus Shiraz Blend
This full-bodied red wine from South Africa’s Stellenbosch region blends Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It’s rich and layered, with ripe fruit, spice and smooth tannins. Aged 14 months in French oak, followed by further ageing in foudre, it’s complex and age-worthy.
Produced by Boschendal, one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates, the Black Angus pays tribute to the estate’s prized cattle. Grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in the Helderberg and Faure regions, vinified separately, and matured in a mix of new and seasoned barrels for depth and elegance.
