Bombay Sapphire Gin is distilled in Hampshire by Bacardi using ten hand-selected botanicals sourced from around the world. The brand was launched in 1987 and named after the Star of Bombay, a famous sapphire linked to British colonial history. It is produced using a vapour infusion method in copper stills.
The botanicals include juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. This method creates a smooth, aromatic gin with a balanced profile. Bombay Sapphire is vegan and made without additives.
