Bivrost Cask Aquavit is a distinguished spirit from Norway's Aurora Spirit Distillery, combining traditional methods with modern distilling techniques. Crafted from a potato-based spirit infused with classic herbs and spices, it's blended with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps.
The aquavit matures in carefully selected sherry-seasoned casks within former Cold War NATO bunkers, imparting unique flavours.
