Benedictine DOM Liqueur 70cl
Benedictine DOM Liqueur
Benedictine DOM Liqueur was first created in 1510 by Benedictine monk Dom Bernardo Vincelli at the Abbey of Fecamp in Normandy, France. Today, it is still produced in Fecamp using a secret recipe that blends 27 herbs and spices.
The production process involves macerating and distilling the botanicals before ageing the spirit to achieve harmony and depth. This meticulous method preserves the original recipe’s integrity and ensures a rich, layered flavour.
- Aromas of herbs and spices with subtle citrus and pine notes.
- A silky palate with honeyed sweetness, light citrus, and soft almond undertones.
- A smooth finish with lingering herbal warmth and gentle spice.
Pairs beautifully with roasted meats, creamy desserts, or nut-based pastries.
