Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
Beesou is a British bitter honey aperitif made with fermented British honey and natural botanicals. The honey base brings mellow sweetness, balanced by bitter citrus and earthy herbal notes.
- The nose reveals pink grapefruit, bitter orange and fragrant honey.
- The palate combines bright citrus with the earthy bitterness of cinchona bark and chinotto.
- Raw honey rounds out the bitterness, leaving a lingering, bittersweet finish.
At 11% ABV, it is ideal for spritzes, cocktails or serving over ice. Try it topped with sparkling wine and garnished with pink grapefruit.
