A beautifully mature expression of late-1980s Gascony. Distilled from the 1987 harvest using traditional compact copper column alembics and aged in local Gascon oak, it combines the richness of long maturation with an expressive and layered aromatic character.
Almost four decades of ageing have allowed the spirit to develop remarkable depth, while careful distillation preserves the character of the original eaux-de-vie.
