Bareksten Botanical Gin
Crafted in Norway with 26 botanicals, including 19 locally sourced ingredients, this gin is made to reflect the character of the Norwegian wilderness. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours before a slow nine hour distillation. Distilled in a 600 litre still, the extended process allows greater copper contact and helps create its smooth texture and full mouthfeel.
