A limited-edition Speyside single malt made entirely from home-malted barley. Released as part of The 1931 Collection, it celebrates Balvenie's traditional floor malting and long-standing distillery craftsmanship. The whisky is matured in American oak before being finished in European oak ex-Sherry butts from Jerez, Spain.
- The nose brings honeyed malt, toasted cereal and warm biscuit, with delicate vanilla and dried fruit.
- On the palate, creamy honey and malt develop into soft toffee, ginger spice and dried fruit.
- The finish is rich and velvety, with lingering honey, toasted cereal, raisin and aromatic oak.
Bottled at 47.5% ABV, this limited-edition whisky showcases Balvenie's distinctive home-malted barley character.
