Blended from 4 to 6 year aged Kentucky straight bourbon, this small batch expression is finished in port wine casks under the supervision of Master Distiller Owen Martin.
The port cask finish gives the bourbon added depth and a distinctive fruit and spice character, with rich flavours that complement the underlying Kentucky bourbon.
- Aromas of spiced cherry, anise, candy corn, and vanilla biscuit.
- Taste of ripe cherry, warming spice, sweet vanilla, and rich bourbon notes.
- Finish of long, warming, and rounded with lingering spice and fruit.
