Sourced from 32 distinct vineyard blocks grown on a rare mix of volcanic and marine sedimentary soils. The grapes for ‘Mosaic’ are hand-harvested, fermented, and aged separately to capture each plot’s individuality. After 10 months in French oak, the components are blended to create a seamless expression of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir - elegant, layered, and texturally refined.
