Trastullo Primitivo
Crafted in Puglia from organically grown Primitivo grapes, this red wine uses a ripasso-style method. Grapes are harvested in two stages: the first batch is fermented, then re-fermented with the pomace from the second harvest to add body and texture. The wine is aged in barrel for 3–6 months to soften tannins and enhance complexity.
Trastullo Primitivo is certified organic and made with minimal intervention. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly, offering a smooth, fruit-forward profile with subtle spice.
