This Volnay comes from the historic vineyards of the northern Cote de Beaune, tended by the Girard family for generations. Jean-Jacques and Agnes, alongside their sons Vincent and Francois, have developed the estate into one of Burgundy’s most respected properties. The new winery allows white and red wines to be vinified and aged separately, providing precise temperature control and careful elevage.
