This is a classic Petit Chablis made from Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils near the village of Lignorelles. Domaine Hamelin has been family-run for over seven generations, with Thierry and his son Charles continuing the tradition.
The estate spans 37 hectares across three villages and focuses on wines that express purity and freshness. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit character and minerality. No oak is used, allowing the terroir to shine.
