This white Burgundy is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Saint-Aubin, near Puligny and Chassagne Montrachet. Domaine Gerard Thomas has been family-run since 1982 and now includes daughters Isabelle and Anne. Their holdings span 12 hectares across the Côte d'Or, including top premier cru sites.
The Murgers des Dents de Chien vineyard borders Puligny Montrachet and is considered the estate’s finest plot. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation with 25% new oak, followed by ten months in cask with regular lees stirring. The result is beautifully balanced and rounded.
