This Riesling is crafted in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys by Two Rivers, led by winemaker David Clouston. The wine reflects a season of perfect ripening conditions, producing fruit with high flavour concentration. Fermentation was stopped early to balance sweetness and acidity, and the wine rested on fine lees for three months to enhance depth.
