This Loire Valley white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on Kimmeridgian marl soils in Menetou-Salon. The region is known for producing mineral-driven wines with freshness and finesse. Château de Tracy, one of the oldest estates in Pouilly-Fumé, created Tracy et Cie to explore new terroirs with a handcrafted approach.
Grapes are picked in multiple passes to ensure optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cement tanks, followed by ageing on fine lees. The result is a vibrant, expressive wine shaped by sustainable farming and careful winemaking.
