This expressive Cape red blend is crafted from vineyards across South Africa’s Western Cape, where shale and schist soils lend structure and minerality. The grapes are picked early to retain freshness, then fermented with a mix of whole clusters and destemmed fruit. The wine is aged for nine months in older oak barrels to preserve purity and texture.
