From the hills of Monti Garbi in Veneto, Tenuta Sant’Antonio is a family-run estate founded in 1989 by four brothers: Armando, Tiziano, Paolo and Massimo Castagnedi. Inspired by their father Antonio’s legacy as a grape grower, they built a modern winery focused on premium wines that reflect the region’s character.
SCAIA Paradiso is crafted using the ripasso technique, where partially dried grapes add depth and richness. The blend is dominated by Corvina with Rondinella and other local varieties. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by aging in oak barrels. The wine is confirmed vegetarian-friendly.
