Founded by Valerio Civa, the Italian winery combines tradition with innovation, sourcing grapes from alluvial and stony soils with south-facing exposure.
This Merlot is crafted in the Appassimento style, where grapes are partially dried to concentrate flavour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
