From the Veneto region in northern Italy, Savian is a family-run estate that has been certified organic since 1993. Located between the Livenza and Tagliamento rivers, the estate benefits from mineral-rich soils and a temperate climate, ideal for low-intervention viticulture.
This Cabernet Franc is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character. The wine is certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, with minimal sulphite use and no animal-derived fining agents.
