This is a Greek white wine made from Assyrtiko, grown on volcanic soils in Santorini. Santo Wines is a cooperative founded in 1911, representing local growers and producing wines that showcase the island’s unique terroir. The vines are up to 80 years old and trained in traditional basket shapes to protect them from strong winds. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit character.
