This elegant white wine is made from Grechetto, Procanico, Pinot Bianco and Viognier grown at Castello della Sala in Umbria. The estate sits at 500 metres altitude and has been producing Orvieto Classico since 1990. Each grape variety is fermented separately in steel tanks, with part of the must cold-soaked on skins to enhance aroma and texture.
