Produced by Château Rieussec, this Bordeaux Blanc is a dry white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The estate sits in Sauternes, adjacent to Château d’Yquem, and is owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite.
Known for its Premier Cru sweet wines, Rieussec also crafts this vibrant dry style from the same terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve freshness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel and oak barrels, with six months of lees ageing.
