This Douro white blend combines Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, Fernao Pires, Codega de Larinho and Arinto from hillside vineyards. Quinta do Noval, one of Portugal’s most respected estates, selects indigenous grapes to reflect the region’s distinctive character.
Fermentation occurs mainly in stainless steel, with 20 percent in French oak barrels for added structure. Five months of ageing with regular batonnage develops a rounded mouthfeel while maintaining vibrant aromatics and balanced acidity.
